"Please don’t use this company"

Please don’t use this company. They are selling 2nd rate products at a premium price. They are racist. They offer no aftersales support; even holding on to faulty products for extra days to bring them outside the warranty period, so that they do not have to replace them. Their “engineers” identified two faulty remotes as requiring batteries, when each of them had a faulty button.

We have reported them to trading standards. Please please look elsewhere.

I recently ordered a new motor from NVM for my roller shutter garage door. They have been an excellent company from day one. My old motor had no label or type on it except the NVM name I called them and they advised what type of motor I needed. As I am just a welder I then had to ring them again about the set up which they talked me through. Brilliant company if only everyone could be this way.

Terrible company. Young girl answers. No idea. Gets order wrong. Says one thing and never does it. Left with wrong order. Not a good company from my experience. Be careful.

Three years ago I bought a roller door motor from NVM after detailed discussions with sales and technical staff. I was particularly impressed with reviews, value for money and warranty. Unfortunately the motor suffered a braking fault and required replacement. The sales staff were nothing short of amazing and taking an opportunity to visit the office in person, I walked away with a brand new motor pledging to return the failed item which I was able to do a week later. The new motor is working perfectly and was a direct one for one fit. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with this company and I would not hesitate to do so again.
