"Purchased Remington floating shaver…"

Purchased Remington floating shaver heads. They are not sharp - I tried shaving for a few weeks no improvement. Have now resorted to using 3 year old heads from an old shaver which shave better. Asked this company if they were Genuine Remington and brand new - reply "They are new parts". Can categorically state they are not and probably Chinese. They have refused to take back the goods. Make your own mind up as 4 other reviews give them 4 or 5 stars.

"Sold a used, damaged, faulty product as brand new! AVOID!!"

This company sold me high-end headphones listed as 'New', which arrived poorly packaged, in the wrong colour, clearly well used, with a note in the box that said "no sound from one earpiece". As predicted, the sound didn't work from one ear, so they didn't even open the used box to check the contents.
