"This place is terrible"
This place is terrible. I have been waiting more that a month. I bought glasses at the beginning of December 05, 2024. I was sent an email about the Canada post strike, Dec 13, 2024 which I understand, but I track my package and it never left the US, and then 2 days later the strike was over. That was 1 month ago. I track the package today (Jan 13, 2025) and it is still in the US. Sent an email to them, no response.

I love this new night light…it is allowing us to have a light showing us the way in our bathroom at night, yet does not shine so brightly to keep us awake in our adjoining bedroom. Game changer..and such an easy adjustment of brightness desired.

"Smart purchase"
I purchased a pair of the Day Swannies for myself and Day Fit Overs for my mother. We both are pleased with the fit and function of the glasses. I used them to watch a movie and it's just the right amount to take away the strong blue light while not changing the color and view too much. I can see myself using them often.

"Customer Service and product won me over!"
Products and customer service make a company for me. Recently I ordered a pair of glasses from Swanwick and when I got them, they didn't work for me. Got in touch with Melanie, made my case and she suggested another pair that might work for my eyes. Lo and behold, when I got them and put them on it was as if somebody gave me monitor.! Very pleased with how they work for me, the clarity is far better than other similar glasses I have tried. Again Melanies 'patience and desire to have a happy customer made me a loyal Swanwick user.

"Horrible customer service"
Horrible customer service. Response times were delayed and promotions were not applied that were supplied by swanwick. In order to return a pair of the swanwicks that did not work, I was then charged for the shipping that I originally got for free. I have never seen a company do this before. I was very unhappy with my experience with swanwick.

So far not so good guys. I’ve been trying to receive return slip from a Melanie with your company and I am getting the run around. We are buying a different pair once we can get this processed. Your company needs to fix the return/exchange process so it’s easier for consumer.

When I asked after 3 days they just replied with "Your order has already been processed. Once the tracking is available, it will be sent to you." (they shipped it another 5 days AFTER this reply, dhl confirmed this)
