"Thank goodness for F.A.O.P.S.!"

I like shopping at French websites but so many of them do not deliver to my country. So I did extensive research on forwarding services and discovered that F.A.O.P.S. had the best rates and terms. No monthly payments, reasonable shipping fees, a decent holding period for free, and the best part is, personalised service! Caroline of F.A.O.P.S. has become a friend and even helps me out with my French. I can shop with peace of mind knowing that all my parcels will be stored safely. They also have incredible re-packing skills which saves me a lot on shipping!

"Very rude and unprofessional + nationalist insults"

Beware of F.A.O.P.S. – customer service does not do its job well. I wanted to cancel my subscription (paid 2EUR for "validation fee") due to site not working properly as it didn’t display my address, so I tried to email support but email bounced back. Two previous emails where I asked for help were answered with "You should read what it says on website". After a second such reply, I decided I don't want to deal with them so asked for a refund of that 2EUR validation fee. Those emails bounced back as well.

I then went through PayPal (sent a civilized message asking for refund and saying the emails bounced back... I did not escalate a case!). The reply which I then got from their CS was extremely insulting - mentioning "people like you", "your country" and similar, in a similar totally unacceptable defamatory tone.

I buy online for years, use several parcel forwarding companies and I have never ever encountered a CS rep insult me personally, or insult me on a basis of nationalism. Unfortunately, this was an unbelievably bad experience.

For everything I wrote in this review, I do have emails and screenshots to prove it. One of those was (and I quote):
"Now you opened a paypal case which is this story . You are really incredible you have address I give you all elements and you said impossible to find ?? Well no problem you will be refund because work with people as you id really not interesting for us but regarding your country sorry to say it but not a surprise for us .. Sad to see customer as you very not honest !!
Your account is closed now ."
