"Leider wirklich enttäuscht"

Leider wirklich enttäuscht - nachdem sie mir bereits zum zweiten (!) Mal in Folge einen Laptop mit falschem Tastaturlayout geschickt haben.
Das alles wirkt auch im Email Verkehr sehr chaotisch und unprofessionel....

Voltei para comprar outro portátil Lenovo. Neste momento a encomenda está em curso, mas dadas as experiências anteriores não tenho dúvidas que está também será ótima.

"Digiplanet and refurbeb, NEVER again"

I bought a notebook from this supplier via refurbed.it, declared in excellent condition, but in reality full of scratches and many signs of wear, so in reality in sufficient and far from excellent condition. I have started the refund request and wait to see what I will get and how much time I will have to waste in the return and refund procedures. For me it was a very bad experience. No more purchases on Refurbed.it or DigiPlanet.

Ho acquistato un notebook da questo fornitore via refurbed.it, dichiarato in condizioni ottime, ma in realtà pieno di graffi e di molti segni di usura, quindi in realtà in condizioni sufficienti e tutt'altro che ottime. Ho avviato la richiesta di rimborso ed aspetto di vedere cosa otterrò e quanto tempo dovrò perdere nelle procedure di restituzione e rimborso. Per me è stata una pessima esperienza. mai più acquisti su refurbed.it o digiplanet.

"Frustrating laptop purchase"

Purchased a laptop from Digiplanet via Refurbed.ie, and pretty much nothing went right.
After ordering I got an estimated delivery date and confirmation when the order was "on its way". Like other reviewers, after ordering I received a DHL link for tracking but there was no actual tracking information on the other side of it.

The estimated delivery date came and went with no sign of the laptop. I contacted digiplanet via refurbed asking for a delivery update which wasn't responded to. I then requested to cancel the order, which also wasn't responded to. Another 24 hours after those requests were sent, the laptop was shipped and arrived within a few days.

Upon opening the delivery I then found that it wasn't what I ordered. The keyboard configuration was in another language and the laptop also had hardware problem.

I submitted a refund request, which also had delays in response from Digiplanet and issues with them providing incorrect DHL shipping labels. I eventually managed to return the laptop for a refund but overall even that process took about 2 weeks to get sorted.

All in all, I wasted about a month from the time I ordered, to the time I finally got a refund. Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

"Purchased a laptop from this company…"

Purchased a laptop from this company via refurbed. I raised a number of queries after delays in shipping the device. Similar to another review - they said there was issues with the battery and issued a €15 refund. After receiving a number of messages that it was on the way, they informed they were cancelling it after two weeks. Really disappointed in refurbed (who did nothing to help) and digiplanet service.

"I ordered a HP EliteBook 840 G5 laptop…"

I ordered a HP EliteBook 840 G5 laptop through refurbed.ie. Through which, Digiplanet were the supplier of my order. I live in Irleand. Digiplanet are in Portugal.

I have to acknowledge, with respect, the response I received from the person in charge of my order. When I recieved a tracking number the next day, I put it into the dhl website and ... nothing, nada... zip. so I gave it a couple of days, but still no info on dhl.

So, I decided to query Digiplanet, through the links provided by refurbed.ie

A staff member at Digiplanet had explained to me, as they were getting my laptop ready for shipment, they discovered that the battery was faulty and needed replacement, hence the delay in getting it ready for shipment.

I was promptly offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. Which I appreciate and awaited to see if the tracking number would show any info.

A couple of days later, the tracking number is working and showing me that it's on it's way. Happy days!

I am here, typing on this very laptop. Very happy with this purchase, and the battery is lasting about a couple of hours between charges.
