"Don't Trust This Company with Urgent Orders"

Ordered some urgent pharmaceutical items and specifically paid for 'Express Delivery'. By the next day I had received no tracking information or any other information about delivery. I queried this with 'iPharm' by email and they replied promptly advising me the items had been sent first class Royal Mail and they gave me a supposed tracking number. This was clearly not a RM tracking number and on trying it on the RM website it was indeed invalid.

The package eventually arrived by Royal Mail SECOND CLASS mail (untracked). It was amazing (and indeed fortunate) that I received it relatively quickly (all credit to Royal Mail). So the info from iPharm was totally incorrect.

You will note for other reviews that iPharm like to blame Royal Mail for late deliveries but in no way can 2nd Class Untracked be considered 'Express Delivery' - wonder what method they use for 'normal delivery??

I have emailed again to iPharm asking for a refund for the £3.95 I paid specifically for 'Express Delivery' (with a photo of the package showing 2nd Class post) and they have just now sent me an email agreeing to refund to me £1.05 - the difference between what they should have provided and the amount I actually paid. I suppose that's something, but it in no way makes up for the unacceptable delay from a Company routinely dealing with urgent pharmaceutical orders.

I would look elsewhere if you want things sending to you urgently.
