"Unreliable Company"

No one replies to emails, or the website form, or answers the phone, or calls you back when you leave messages. If you ever do get through, and you get assigned an instructor as we eventually did, the instructor cancelled 9 out of 12 arranged lessons. We tried to arrange a different instructor but can't get through to the company so have just been left in the lurch with 8 weeks to go before the test. It seems Arrow has sacked the instructor for not turning up to lessons but won't answer our calls or help us with another instructor, and we have a test booked and no support.

Came with Paul for my 3rd driving test, I did an intensive 4 day course with him and he was really calm when teaching me and simplified different driving techniques to make it easier for me. He helped me with my anxiety and I passed my test 😁😁 thankyou

A massive thank you to Paul for helping me pass my driving test. Paul was very patient and understanding! He helped me to build my confidence. Always has a smile on his face which puts you at ease when completing your lessons.

Also a huge thank you to Kayleigh for booking my driving tests and helping me find cancellations to allow me to pass quicker.

Wouldn’t recommend any other company than arrow my experience with them has been great! Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Paul I was always so worried about starting lessons as I am an anxious person and didn’t think I’d ever get the hang of driving but Paul really makes you feel comfortable he’s so down to earth and just genuinely a good teacher i wouldn’t have gotten this far without him can’t thank him and the arrow team enough!
