Placed the order, paid for it and no email confirmations for a couple of hours. I sent an email, to no success; they were responsive on WhatsApp, though. Once I contatcted them on WhatsApp, I got the email containing the license keys within minutes. The keys worked fine. When placing an order, one should be able to track it. For this reason, I'm not sure I would order again, even though I got what I paid for at the end of the day.

I have purchased a pack with win 11 and office 2021 licences and the office 2021 licence did not work; it saif that the licence is not active. I have wrote to the licente-online team and also called them but there was no answer. I do not recommend them or their services.

They said instant delivery. I paid yesterday, and all the morning i've tried to contact them to ask about my license Keys. Instead of apologizing they said "we resended" the licence keys. Outrageous!
