Doing the E4 route solo as a non-Bulgarian speaker, it was very useful to have Bulguides to book the huts for me, provide crucial info before and during the trips, send alternative routes for bad weather, translate via telephone in case of communication issues, and just generally providing backing during the trip and its preparation. Recommended!
