the gift was not delivered on time. i ordered easter gift very early ... picked a date for the delivery that was accepted. It wasn't until a day and 1/2 before deliver that I was informed it was not going to arrive. UNACCEPTABLE. The time frames did not allow me to figure out a different gift to send --- and therefore, one of my cousins did not received Easter wishes like the rest of the family. In these trying times ... UNACCEPTABLE.
I found the explanation given less than satisfactory.
