Autobanden.Delti.com delivered me a bad front tire Michelin for my motorbike. Lucky I saw it before I got killed. I sent them the pictures witch shows a big bump on the new tire.....And instead of sending a new good tire and take back the bad one they start to make things very complicated. Not acceptable. And not legal in Belgium. In Belgium, you buy a new product and at home you see it is defect, the seller must replace it or pay back.

Now they let me know they will sent a new tire and take back the defect one. That is the right thing to do.
Although they still want me to fill in a form saying that when the tire company claims that it is not their fault, you still lose your money. So I refuse to fill in that form.
I never used this bad tire. Did not drive 1 meter with it. Just putted on the rim and put some air in it and it showed 2 big bumps.
Today I removed the tire and it shows some small defects on the inside. I will see when I get the new tire. Can not go anywhere without my bike.

This afternoon they said next week I will have the new tire.
Seems that they do care about their customers.
Let s hope for the best.

overzicht aanbod was heel duidelijk, prijzen zijn niet te duur maar de levering is een beetje traag al weet ik niet van waar ze komen, ben al een week aan het wachten.

Voor mij de gemakkelijkste site om de bestelling te plaatsen, nadien correcte info over de levering en tenslotte een levering die nog sneller verlopen is dan wat minimaal werd aangegeven. Ik werd ook nog eens gecontacteerd voor een afspraak door de monteur. Prima!
