I submitted the contact form on Digsy's website and a couple of days later Will came and picked me up and showed me several available retails spaces around Central San Diego. Although it took about 6 months to find what I was looking for, we eventually found it and Will got me great terms on the lease. I will engage with Will again when it is time for Achilles Coffee to open a new location.

Incredibly, our new rental property is less than 3 miles from our home office. We were helped through the lease process and given a list of guidelines for city business license, fire dept. inspection, etc. I can't say enough about how well the Digsy service worked out for us. When we'll need to expand the R&D facility we will be looking to them to help us find a larger space.
