My initial query was followed up quickly and a dialogue ensued which enabled me and the contractor to agree pretty much what the scope of the work was (with clearly defined optionals) The worker arrived within the time range specified, brought everything he needed, completed the work efficiently, explaining clearly to me what he was doing, and left my flat clean and tidy afterwards. The price was, in my view, reasonable

We needed some work done along with some lights put in and our new boiler correctly wired in after Boxt boiler installed (cowboys)
David at Certified was very helpful and gave a reasonable quote.
Brandon the electrician was great, punctuated and professional. Installed the lights, the work and corrected the boiler after the mess Boxt left(cowboys) .

"Job done with care"

Replacing my underfloor heating thermostat turned out to be not as straightforward as originally anticipated. Still, David and his colleague visited a couple of times to make sure everything worked properly and performed extensive testing before we all agreed the job can be closed.

During the visit I remembered something else I hadn’t mentioned in my booking (a faulty light) and Brandon, the electrician, also spent some time looking into it.
