got acorn broadband as the company i already had were getting slower and slower, so thought i would give acorn a try as they are local as well, didn't have to wait long to get it installed and it was up and running right away, after initial teething problems which were sorted out the next day i have no complaints so far, would recommend

Very fast and reliable! We get about 27mb/s as our top speed, and we average in the low 20s. Which is a vast improvement on our 1mb/s previously! Couldn't recommend it enough for people out in the sticks like ourselves!

Simple, easy process and very helpful. However we have noticed dips in the service at times. Not connecting to Internet and can't connect WiFi extender to router.

Very pleased that we switched to Acorn Broadband. We're now getting 20 to 30 Mbps download, when we were only getting 2.4 over a landline. Installation was easy and straightforward, and customer support is local and friendly which is a bonus.
