Ordered a product that I couldn't get anywhere else for a Christmas present. Goods arrived in good time even though I left it a bit late, and were a very good price.

Perfume arrived within 3 days of order, unfortunately was similar to that ordered but not same. When notified 7Day cosmetics sent correct item without quibble and allowed me to keep the incorrect item. Again arrived within 3 days.

Everyone gets it wrong occasionally, it how mistakes are rectified that is the mark of a good company!
