rubbish customer service, attitude on phone and lies about lead times and stock availability . couldn't even get the supervisor or manager on the phone... a joke and a sign of the times.. shameful. 0 star if I could just wasted 1 hour of my life

"Terrible"

Terrible. Ordered display fridge, told it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days. After a week of waiting I sent an email and was only then told that it was discontinued but I can have the same model in a smaller size for the same price as the larger model, and was made to feel that I should appreciate the gesture!

2 weeks later their solution is to pay over £500 more for the size I want. Not sure they should consider themselves professional. Also didnt remove the item from their website even though they knew it wasnt an available item 🤔🤔

What a load of rubbish ordered my next day delivery fridge as it was in stock for next day delivery on a Thursday at noon did a busy weekend without the fridge phoned on Monday no answer then on Tuesday and told it would be here by Friday. I could have ordered a better fridge for the same price but was desperate for it for the weekend. They state next day as it was in stock and the terrible customer service say it has a 5 day lead time. Avoid like the plague.

Very bad service and rubbish staff out there note then 8 days still waiting for delivery. Seriously needs improvements in staff training and delivery service
