Had no problem with access, UX until I stopped having the time to use it. I click "Cancel My Subscription" and it will not, asks for email address, I entered that and it tells me that I am not a user, same email address they send the "than ks for your payment email to"

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE REAPERS,ROGUES,CHEAT AND ARMTWISTERS.
Paid £25 to undertake a course, did within a month and all completed only to receive an alert of renewed subscription which I never agreed or requested for.
I contacted them for a refund and I was told their company policy don't make refunds EVEN WHEN THEY KNOW I DIDN'T AGREE TO A SUBSCRIPTION.
I can say the company has a rogue policy and a smart way of organised swindling.
They will claim you subscribed, and make an additional deduction from your account.

Fake reviews, rip you off, still not received my ‘so called certificate’ two months on! Courses aren’t accredited and you get tricked into paying a subscription!!! £50 has been taken from my account which I can’t get back🤯 and they won’t refund it!
Beware of this company as the Canva course you can’t even understand what is being said. It’s basic, amateur and not a professional course!
