"Utterly useless relocation service"
An utterly pointless relocation service. I ended up doing almost all of the work and research myself while relocating to Germany.
The only two roughly useful aspects were the initial call and their help with booking an Anmeldung appointment (though even there they weren't able to follow the simple requirement of "do not book on that specific date"). But even the guide they provided on how to fill out the registration form was worse than what you can find online.
They often reply late and can take up to several days because they have no cover when someone's out of office. They provide inaccurate information and struggle to understand your individual situation, like forgetting that an EU citizen doesn't need a residence permit.
Their recommended "partners" are a list of often poorly chosen companies, or useless proxies (e.g. they redirect you to Expatrio to sign up with a health insurer, but you could just fill out an even simpler form directly on the insurer's website.)
The only thing they seem to really care about is completing all the steps on their website to inform your employer that you're done. But even that is inflexible and you need to complete the steps and upload proof in a specific order, so they'll keep reminding you about things you've already done (like opening a bank account, which is the last step on their list).
Run away. Ask your employer to offer a different relocation service. Pay for it yourself. All of these are preferable options, unless you thrive on unnecessary relocation stress.

"The worse relocation service I ever…"
The worse relocation service I ever received. Very stressful, and very confuse support.
I relocated more than 5 times over the world in my life and never I had such a bad experience. Twice we got into meetings to move my relocation forward, just to discover that we could not because they had not informed me of some step that was necessary (some missing document, some detail of my case they had not considered, and etc).
Their representatives are often unresponsive, and late for meetings, sometimes 5 minutes, but as often as 20 minutes to half an hour I waited before.
You upload your documents, and information on their website, and then sit for months without answer, they don't check anything, they don't inform you of anything, and then at the meeting, you learn of a step that you could have prepared. Those delays also caused issues and costs to my company, as they needed me fast to relocate and ended up having to spent money to expedite things.
Finally, they make you do all the leg work, in other relocation process all I had to do was to provide applications and documents in order, but they don't provide guidance about formats, steps or anything really important.

"they don't know what they are doing."
one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company that claims to know what they are doing but are just figuring stuff out along the way or their customers are telling them whats right or wrong.
they were the selected company to help me move from outside of EU into DE, and their knowledge of all the immigration laws and things were completely outdated, mostly fetched from the online websites which anyone can literally google within 5 minutes. if that's the help you are providing why are you getting paid for it?
this caused an issue with the visa of my spouse and now its been 2 years since the visa process is stuck and I have to go through it myself, when I complained their response was : "we cannot keep up with all the daily changing rules so you should have checked yourself as well"
well great! that's exactly why I am paying you a huge fee :)
they also messed up my Aufenthaltstitel's appointment because they did not know if your address is updated after taking an appointment you need to take proof of new apartment contract and other details with you and get it updated at the spot, they informed me that you do not need to do anything and it will be updated later, I asked the person in auslanderbehörder and they told me that this is wrong and if I do not update it on the appointment then my card will be delivered on the old address and if my name is not on the postbox there then it will be returned with a notice that I do not live there and I will need to go through the appointment again (which in berlin takes around 6-8months)
