I have taken this course multiple times! The most recent time that I took it, I ordered my certificate to be delivered overnight to my apartment. Much to my surprise the next evening-- it was not there! since I had a court date the next day, they connected me with the shipping company and then the manager of their company. They straightened out the issue and were EXTREMELY communicative in solving my issue. They took full responsibility for the shipping company's mistake and made sure that I was able to get my documents to the court on time. I was scared when I first found out that it was not delivered to the correct address, but this company stood up and completely solved the issue without giving me the run around.

THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL MVP'S!!! I was caught up in the midst of moving to a different state, finding a job, etc., and put off taking defensive driving until the last minute. Mark, with Comedy Guys, took it upon himself to personally help me out and make sure that I was able to get my certificate to them in a time that the court would accept.
