bad feelings just some frustration to get things put right. My opinion is that the Service Dept should sign off to Sales that the vehicle is ready for sale.
In my experience picking up a truck with defective and missing accessories was not good or professional.

Friendly, honest and proffesional staff. Needed a van, saw the one I wanted but unsuitable for my dogs as solid panel between front and rear of vehicle. No problem they said, we can make a hole in it. Three days later picked it up with a very smart dog guard fitted at no extra cost.
