"Sunflower Elegant Box"

I ordered a sunflower elegant box last February 16 and instructed it to be shipped to Luxembourg. The website promised to deliver in 2 days, but I only got a confirmation that my order is being processed on February 19. It then only came on February 22 and quality and state of the flower is very poor - it is already wilting and had some terrible molds.

I tried to relay this to them thru their contact details (info@infinity-flowers) but my e-mail kept bouncing back for some unknown reason and their GoDaddy website was also down during that period (this was when I was following up my order on February 20 and I was scared I was scammed). Luckily, their instagram page was responsive and I was able to talk to them. As of this writing, they assured me that it was the courier's issue not theirs and promised to send a replacement with a better packaging. I hope that it will be of better condition.

For reference, I ordered an $80 product and paid an extra $40 for shipping; so I believe it is my right to get the quality I paid for.
