"Customer Service - CORRECTION"

I left a previous review regarding customer service for a return. Since then, the Get Dressed Collective reached out to let me know that several emails were sent and that they had attempted to reach me by phone. I verified that the emails were sent in a very timely matter. Unlike my order and delivery confirmation emails, however, these went to my spam folder. As a result, I am extraordinarily apologetic for the oversight and would recommend them to others. Thanks to the Get Dressed Collective for your patience and understanding. I will buy again in the future (and recommend to others)!

The owner is really nice and clearly cares about her customers. There was a slight issue with my order, my item sold out. However, I was promptly notified and given the opportunity to get a great deal on another item. My dress shipped and arrived quickly. The item was exactly as described on the website. I was able to pay through Amazon with ease. The customer service at this boutique is truly next level. I would buy from this establishment again, as I had a great experience.
