Kevin at North Fox took the time to very patiently explain all of the ‘ins and outs’ to me and my wife of becoming buy-to-let investors. We live quite a distance from the property we have decided to buy, so feeling we can trust our agents is hugely important. Both Kevin and Darren at Infinite Property were really reassuring on this and talked me through how they look after the property. Kevin also explained how landlords insurance worked (I will now most definitely put that in place!).
