We twijfelde over de betrouwbaarheid van de site, daarom van te voren telefonisch contact gehad. Netjes te woord gestaan en schoenen zijn geleverd binnen de afgesproken termijn.

Ordered Nike runners they sent the wrong size and I had to pay for return for third mistake, so crazy. And the person on the customer service line was so rude… very nice unhappy will be never ordering from there again. I would not recommend!!

i ordered a Nike sweater for delivery to Spain. All went well; the order confirmation came in by email on monday after I ordered the friday before, the sending and delivery by GLS was smooth. No complaints!

"I ordered some sneakers from this…"

I ordered some sneakers from this website that didn't fit me, so I tried to return them. At first I had trouble finding a place to return them where they would accept the label, and I asked the customer service email and they helped me very quickly. After a week I received an email from Queens saying that they had received a package with my name on it but that it didn't match my order. The parcel company they have contracted, GLS, must have kept my package and made another label because it was a copy of mine. I already thought I was going to lose the money I had spent. I sent Patrycja by email all the photos of the labels and the proof that I had sent the correct thing. After about half a month of exchanging emails and getting informed about the situation, they told me that GLS had lost my package and they would refund my money. The only problem was the GLS parcel service. Perfect customer service, thanks to Patrycja I got my money back when I already thought I would lose it.

Pedí unas zapatillas por esta web que no me iban bien, asi que las intenté devolver. Al principio tuve problemas para encontrar un sitio donde devolverlas donde me aceptaran la etiqueta, y pregunté al mail de servicio al cliente y me ayudaron muy rápido. Al cabo de una semana me llegó un mail de Queens diciendo que habian recibido un paquete con mi nombre pero que no coincidia con mi pedido. La empresa de paqueteria que tienen contratada, GLS, debió de quedarse con mi paquete y hacer otra etiqueta porque era una copia de la mia. Yo ya pensaba que iba a perder el dinero que me gasté. Le envié a Patrycja por mail todas las fotos de las etiquetas y las pruebas de que yo habia enviado lo correcto. Tras medio mes aprox de intercambiar correos e ir informandome de la situación, me dijeron que GLS habia perdido mi paquete y me reembolsarian el dinero. La única pega que pondria sería el servicio de paqueteria GLS. El servicio al cliente perfecto, gracias a Patrycja conseguí de vuelta mi dinero cuando ya pensaba que lo perdería.

"Fabulous first time experience!"

Fabulous first time experience- highly recommend!

Ordered some flip flops by The North Face on 8th October and had immediate confirmation and tracking emails throughout.

I was nervous given some of the reviews but am pleased to say that my order arrived promptly via DHL and was well packed.

A very smooth process from start to finish. Thank you Queens!

"Customer service is a joke"

Customer service is a joke. The email the chatbot provides doesn’t exist, and when I finally found a different email account their email back was unhelpful and unfriendly. My shoes were supposed to arrive today, and are nowhere even near my country. Having a Dutch website but then shipping from a different country and lying about delivery times is not okay.

"Clear, concise, efficient"

While I had to return my item due to size, the overall experience was great. Dealt with the Czech branch and the communication for the order, deliver and return was easy and clear. When I followed up for the return, again, the communication was clear and concise and got the m refund in the promised time. I definitely will order again from you in future

"Way to expensive"

Way to expensive! I ordered here and one day later I saw the same product 50 euros cheaper so always check if you can find the product somewhere else for less!

Bij mijn schoenen kreeg ik eerst geen bevestigingsmail, dus ik ging mailen. Netjes verder geholpen en uiteindelijk na een week mijn schoenen binnen. Het kan iets sneller maar goed geholpen dus tevreden
