It is an interactive course, and our participation was required which--if you are taking a 15 hour course for all your mandatory hours for your renewal--helps.

Even new licensees are able to participate without too much pressure as a learning experience is vital to being the best agent you can be.

Courses are easy to access and had a zoom class.
Video is required and sometimes unmuting yourself.
