"Polished incompetent company"

The only thing good about Migrera is that its staff is well spoken. They are polished. But underneath that they are a bunch of incompetent people. For my consignment, Migrera assured me that it will reach in 3 to 4 days. However, it took over 8 days. When I called regarding delays, they asked me to contact the packers and movers and said that they have no control over them. If they can't handle the packers and movers, then why on Earth are they running this business?

"Comparing quotes of different packers and movers was what I liked"

I was planning to move from Hyderabad to Bangalore and was looking for a safe and quality service at an affordable price. This was my first movement through any channel and didn't really know which service provider to choose. One of my friends suggested Migrera, and I am happy I found them. They readily provided me with quotes from 4 different vendors (with varied service options), I finally settled with Maxwell packers and movers for 22,000 rupees which was pretty reasonable from my research.

I would highly recommend Migrera as I found them transparent and alerted me at every stage of the move.

A suggestion from my end to Migrera:
Including GPS tracking option for my move would have been great.

"Hire them if you want your stuff broken."

The reviews are misleading and are fake. I got conned because of this. Migrera is a bunch of unprofessional lead by the con man Anurag. They will charge you a hefty amount in the name of handling large-scale shipments but can't handle a two-wheeler movement from Hyderabad to Banglore. Anurag is the culprit here who says big words worth nothing. When I found my bike delivered with heavy dents on my petrol tank and mudguard, instead of finding a way to fix he asked me why I didn't take the insurance.

"These guys are thugs"

These guys are thugs. Do not avail their service if you value your hard earned money. They damaged my entire carton of crockeries. My centre table made of sheesham wood was broken. My painting glasses were broken, bed was badly damaged. Two cartons were misplaced. Their front end guys, Abhishek will give you statistics when you complain about your damaged goods. My total loss was around Rs. 30,000 and even the insurance they sold me was mis-selling since they did not specify the nitty gritties. Pathetic people pathetic service.

"The Worst Service i have experienced in…"

The Worst Service i have experienced in my Life.They Play a game during the Shifting. Game Starts with Mr. Anurag and Mr.Abhishek. They will commit Everything before Shifting. Firstly Mr.Abhishek will stop taking the Calls. Then Mr.Anurag Says the Workers are not listening and Purposefully they send a less spaced DCM van, so that they can ask us for one more trip. I have seen one of the worker talking to Mr.Anurag during the shifting regarding the game. They Harassed me like anything. I even Promised for more money, they stopped shifting in the middle and started demanding more moeny, They blackmailed me and sat on the Road and Stopped Shifting. I had to get another truck for these blackmailers and paid almost another 5000 for shifting. This is pure mind game by Mr. Abhishek and Mr.Anurag. The neighbours are looking at us. Really a shamefull thing for me to experience in my life. Do not Use these Services and never recommend to anyone also. Dont have "0" star rating.else i would have given that.

"Cheats"

When things got bad due to poor transport/packing and if you find that out later, you dont get any support. End of the day, its just business and they will run away.

Please be vigilant and do not pay before hand.

Horrible customer service. No follow ups. Bad service providers listed on their website.

"My movers were efficient"

My movers were efficient, polite, and very quick. Despite a huge downpour they managed to move all of my belongings very quickly and they took great care in the packing and unpacking of my things. They let me know tipping was entirely optional but I was happy to do so. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to move in Hyderabad.

I was little nerves as I never experienced packers and movers services in India

I had to move from Bangalore to Madhapur Hyderabad. Migrera took care right from complete co ordination to unpacking. They delivered the goods next day and unpacking was done by 12pm.

I recently moved with in Gurgaon, Migrera and the movers team were very friendly, professional. They packed and unpacked the things well. My advice would be to put the names on the boxes to identify them while unpacking.
