I bought these workbooks two weeks ago, and my wife and I have started reading them and noting our thoughts on how to improve our relationship. So far, so good! They’re easy to follow and take just a few minutes a day while offering great advice.
It’s been fun so far, and we’re hopeful we’ll make it to the end. I’ve already changed a few habits and improved my communication. There’s so much valuable guidance in these books! You will also benefit of a journal pages at the end of the book where you can write your thoughts, planning dates or your feelings that you struggle expressing. A thumb up for the great work!

"I wish I have read it before.."
This book makes you feel like.. you wish you have read it before! We generally tend to take things for granted, especially in the relationships and it can be too late when we realise that.
It's a very honest book where the author is sharing his life experience and what his mistakes thought him.. It's also a help guide, it explains how small changes in the routine can make a big difference. There is a journal that helps to focus on the daily actions, recognise what’s working, and see what needs improvement. It would require some discipline, but I will give it a go!

"Unexpected"
Hi! My wife bought these books, and at first, I was a bit skeptical, but I found a lot of useful information. We’ve been journaling for two weeks now, noting the positives and what we’d like to improve in each other, and so far, I find it very interesting. I highly recommend it to anyone considering couples therapy but preferring to do it on their own. A really great idea!
