Still not received my 3rd smile science box which was a xmas present .Saying the house number wasn't on the order even though 2 had been received previously. Very disappointed

Did not see any difference after using this product for 10 day's. It left me with sensitive gums, package came with plenty of products which looked good and value for money, but with no end result.

Update - The team did come back to me a few days later. I sent my order back and they have agreed to refund the item and the cost I occurred in postage as I could prove I’d requested the cancellation before they posted the item. Great service from Alisha!

Original - Tried to cancel my order via online form, phone and email but no response to anything. Now had to raise a refund request through PayPal.
