Everything was perfect from the start to the end of the trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. The kayaking and boat ride out to the caves was wonderful. Halong Bay is simply beautiful and thankfully the water has been cleaned up, making the bay so mesmerising. A tick off my bucket list.
