"Support is appalling"

Support is appalling. I have recently taken over a website for a client and it uses a RadiusTheme product as its theme. After a quick initial response I outlined my issue and have received no further responses despite myself following up on several occasions over the past month. They just ignore emails and have no interest in helping potential long term customers. I certainly will not be using any themes or products from RadiusTheme in the future.

Support is very poor - just keep asking for admin access rather than explaining the problem with their plugin and how to fix it. Takes a long time to reply and don't read their previous messages.
