"No communication whatsoever from company after they billed my card and sent a receipt to my email."
I was billed on 4/23/2016 and sent a confirmation email. My credit card was charged the same day. I have not heard from the company since the purchase.
I reached out via facebook message 2 days ago and immediately received a message back informing me that they would contact me within 4-5 business hours. Still waiting. I just barley sent an email and the same response was immediately sent to my inbox.
I am worrying that this may be a scam site or front and will soon take things up with my credit card company to get the funds back.

"Awful company do not use!"
After spending £20 on a phone case the last thing I expect is to have to wait 18 days for my case to turn up. One did turn up within 4 days but it was the wrong case, I emailed the team to see what they could do but they were useless! I also tried the phone line but it just rings until you are cut off!

"Poor Customer Service"
I ordered a case on 5th April, which as of today (18th April) has not been received. I have tried e-mailing the customer service department, and despite receiving an automatic reply telling me that my query would be answered within 4 hours on 13th April, I have still not received a call back. I have tried sending messages via twitter but to no avail, and tried calling but the phones just rings out.

The phone case seems good quality and the picture is decent but the picture is really really dark compared to the image I submitted! Really ruins it :/

I ordered a iPhone 6s case for my girlfriend a week ago for Easter and the case is still yet to arrive a day before Easter and I also did not receive a confirmation so luckily I took a photo of my order number and details for evidence, please get back to me asap as your company has really let me down.

The picture on the case is a terrible quality , not worth the money at all , wouldn't recommend, not happy with it at all.

"Possible website compatibility issue"
Product that I received was of great quality and processed within days.
However I placed my order using an iPhone and I tried to order a leather case by clicking on the correct icon. When it got to the final page i noticed that the price was that of a normal case and not leather. I went back and did the design again from scratch but still got the same result. The product I received was plastic, not leather. Therefore I can only presume that the website wasn't compatible with mobiles fully as although I was pushing leather case it was defaulting to plastic.
