"Stress free move for a family of four thanks to Rylands"

We recently moved from South Manchester to Cheshire with the help of Rylands. We could not rate Mark and his team more highly. Not only was the price competitive, for a full packing and removals service, but the team of four were all so friendly, polite, courteous and took meticulous care of our belongings.

Rylands packed the entire contents of our four bedroom house, and moved it to our new home, over a period of 2.5 days. Mark showed absolute professionalism and patience when our completion stalled at the last minute - keeping me calm and talking us through our options when the dates changed, and ultimately pulling out all the stops to keep the move on track (even when that meant later evenings for him and his team)! Rylands carefully labelled every box (making unpacking so much easier for us), and on the day of the move, they stayed late at the new house, to ensure everything ended up in the right room. What's more, all the furniture was fully assembled and in place before they left.

Throughout the unpacking process, we could see all of our valuables had been treated with care, from our clothes being neatly hung in wardrobe boxes, to each item of glassware meticulously bubble wrapped, and not so much as a scratch on any of our furniture. We moved a family of four with a dog... a process I was dreading... and Rylands took the stress out of it all. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mark, Ben and Graham were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to put me at ease during my move. They took great care with everything and made it look effortless! They were also such a pleasure to have around for the day, really nice to have people you can chat to and have a laugh with on what could have been a very long stressful day. I would recommend them to anyone moving house and if I ever put myself through that process again, I won't hesitate to book again!

Five stars plus, plus, plus. At very stage of my removal from a storage unit in Manchester to a storage unit in the West Midlands, they handled my belongings with care. They are an expert removal company, stacked my boxes etc so well in my new storage unit that I can find things I need. Mark and Ben were very kind making the removal as stress free as possible. I have moved a few times in my life and they are the best removal company I have used.

When it turned out that one of our bookcases was too big to get out of the house, they took it apart and reconstructed it the other end for us.

Mark and Ben were absolutely brilliant on our moving in day, they were quick and thorough and really took care of our furniture and belongings. Nothing was too much to ask and there was zero grumbling despite having to go up and down into two lofts as part of the move. They dismantled everything and put it all back together better than it was to begin with. So reasonably priced and easy, straight forward communication throughout. What a great service. Will definitely be using them again and cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you both.

We recently used Mark and his team for our move from a two-bedroom flat in Ancoats to a house in Sale, and I can't recommend them enough! The team arrived right on time, which was a great start to our day. They were incredibly professional and efficient, handling all our belongings with the utmost care.
