"Absolute shambles"

Absolute shambles! Never call you back when they say they will, our mattress went missing rescheduled for 10 days later only to get cancelled 2 days before and so 14 days sleeping on the floor, no one calls back, no apologies, no good will, very temped to send the bed back, 4k this bed cost!! Avoid this company!

Fantastic Service – Highly Recommend!
This is the second bed I’ve bought from Benson’s, and once again, the experience was absolutely fantastic. The delivery team were incredibly polite, quick, and had a great attitude throughout – a real credit to the company.

I came back for a second bed because my first experience was so positive. The customer service is truly top-notch. Whether it’s through the chat forum or over the phone, every interaction has been helpful, informative, and courteous. They really do go out of their way to make sure you’re looked after.

Benson’s is probably one of the best companies in the UK when it comes to customer care, and I’ll definitely be singing your praises. I look forward to shopping with you again – hopefully when the sales are on (wink wink, nudge nudge!).
