Also on their website they claim if you sell your property whilst with FR, it is completely fine as they will just collect the owing once the settlement is complete. However, it's contradictory, as the customer service advocate I was dealing stated that selling the property would disqualify one from future advances, despite initially indicating they could collect payments upon the property's sale. This contradiction raises questions about the authenticity of their product. Will raise this with ASIC
