"Terrible company! Poor service"

I’d never even heard of this company until I saw they had recorded a hard search on my credit file this morning! Tried to chat them 3 times. 1st 2 I didn’t get a response or connection. 3rd I got one response and they didn’t even bother to read my message. When I replied I got nothing back! So I rang them. At least half an hour later no answer! So I call what I believe is the complaints team and get straight through. Lady was lovely and apologetic but towards the end of the call it became apparent she wasn’t in the complaints team as she asked if I’d like the action they were taking confirmed in writing! Now for anyone who has raised an official financial complaint, they have to provide a written final response. So now I’ve got to wait up to 5 days for an acknowledgment and for the service side to be investigated. Let alone for the reason why they thought it was ok to record a hard search. Oh and they’re process to remove the search is slow! I work as a financial complaint handler so know how it works and I am not impressed with their processes or the overall service. The lady I spoke was helpful and admitted they had made a mistake but outside of that they’ve been terrible! Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole after this!

This company are robbers taking advantage of desperate people !!! And if you notice all five star reviews are from the 23 of may !! Bit suspicious that ( they can't be fake reviews surely)

This is just beyond ridiculous! I have fallen behind with my payments and trying to text them, email them for a week!!! Every time I am calling them I need to spend >40 min on the phone even it is saying I am number one in the que!! There is no reply on my mails to this "company" but they are harrasing me with messages and threats!! What a band of terrorists ! They dont make it easier if I want to settle it up and clear the balance !! This should be banned !! I am disgusted with this service !

This company are brutal.they ask anyone who struggling our any other enquires to call.but you can't get threw to this company anyone try this number they give out 0330 400 6008 anyone who wants to make enquires or ask questions on there products then try that number the services is appalling.yes they rip people off I ask challenged them strongly trans union write to the on your unfair interest they should be jailed for fraudulent against customers shocking and must be looked at and investigated against never touch them
