Product ordered was out of stock so they sent me a better more expensive version at no extra charge. Despite the upgrade they still took the time to call and let me know of the change.
The guy who answers the phone is genuinely very patient, helpful and honest. He really knows his stuff and has taken the time to answer several stupid rookie questions of mine on multiple occasions. Genuinely great place…
