Don’t buy. Bad service.

Placed an order on December 4th. Since then no update on the item being despatch. That was three weeks ago. Tried tracking the items progress via their website. Received a no order found reply. Emailed and tried to contact via Facebook message but no reply. With my money taken, no goods sent, and no communication I'm beginning to think this company is a Con. Will be speaking to the bank shortly and identify this as a rouge trader on social media unless the good arrive very shortly.
