Amazon sent me an email stating that my account was under review and that they needed me to appear on a video call interview for identity and supply chain verification of 2 ASINs. I approached them, and they first checked my account and all the documents then prepared me for the interview on two hour call. Even after Amazon asked for my supplier's invoices, they tackled this by communicating with the supplier and sending a detailed appeal to Amazon.
Thanks to their efforts, my account was successfully reinstated, and I’m incredibly grateful for their support. Highly recommended for anyone facing similar challenges!

Extreme professionalism been shown by this company. I made two appeals and got rejected. then I hired them. Within no time, they figured out the root cause and started working on it. We got initial response quickly by amazon but they asked for more details. the 2nd appeal was approved but amazon took long time to respond back. It was a linked account case.
