The service and help was amazing. Neil took the time to talk with my builder to make sure everything was correct before I ordered. The doors and windows arrived within a couple of weeks and look great now they’re installed. 5* - Thoroughly recommend.

"AVOID AVOID AVOID - Failed to provide important info about online products"

This company failed to provide vital information on their website regarding the aesthetics of an item purchased. Their excuse being that the wording 'woodgrain effect' would be too much wording for the website, which is a completely unacceptable and unprofessional excuse considering this is quite vital information and would ultimately alter someones decision to make a purchase. They have therefore broken the below regulation:

Under The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, Regulation 6 Misleading Omissions:

Giving insufficient information about the product
7.12 Practices may also mislead by failing to give consumers the information they need to make an informed choice in relation to a product. This occurs when traders omit or hide material information or provide it in an unclear, unintelligible, ambiguous or timely manner and the consumer takes or is likely to take a different decision as a result.

They also fail to confirm this important piece of information once confirmation is sent by email, although they ask you to check all of the details thoroughly....How are you supposed to check details which are omitted?!

I would usually let something like this slide, but i'm nearly £800 out of pocket and this company is unwilling to take any accountability for their errors.

Affordable doors were outstanding throughout. Communication was great, we knew when the doors would be delivered and they arrived bang on time. The doors themselves arrived exactly as we ordered them and look perfect. After sales support was spot on too as we needed some advice on hinge adjustment. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

"Initially good customer service but as…"

Initially good customer service but as soon as sale secured they didn’t really want to know. Told them it was for a juliet balcony but they only offer a lock both sides. Told I could get a blanking plate from eBay and very helpful to obtain that. What they didn’t tell me is that lock would need to be essentially cut in half so the plate would fit. The quality of the doors isn’t good, they are drafty, lots of condensation which leak through the lock itself and drip onto the carpet. Another set of doors/3 windows in the room and no issues with those whatsoever. 2 other tradesman have looked and say the doors are the issue.
