Quality products, missed out on 5 stars only because the videos that explain the installation of the screendoor rollers missed the fact that you need to unscrew the tension enough to easily slide and push the latch. After hours of research and calls, I get it but still tricky.

The product seems fine - I had a local window screen company do the work.

My problem is that I was forced to buy a 25' roll when all I needed was 3 '. I had asked about a remnant from some other job you did, but no one was willing to consider that. - So if I can't find someone who needs the rest of the roll, it's waste/garbage. NOT A SATISFACTORY SITUATION!
