Received the Wiley X "Kingpin" last week.
This is my 3th Wiley X pair of sunglasses and for sure not will be the last.
Besides the superior quality of the sunglasses the service is great!

Da jeg er utrolig glad for mine nuværende Wiley X solbriller (5+ år) besluttede jeg at købe et par mere så jeg ikke skulle flytte mellem bil og MC.
I forbindelse med bestilling på hjemmesiden var der lidt bøvl med teknikken så jeg endte med at have to par solbriller på vej....
Det hele blev løst hurtigt og effektivt. De to medarbejdere jeg nåede at tale med var begge yderst service mindede og hjælpsomme.

Great customer service. I own several Wiley X glasses in different models.
Summer of 2018, I went for a motorcycle ride through Europe, wearing a pair of Valor glasses that were a couple of years old (+? Didn't have my reciept, and didn't remember were I'd bought it.)
After riding several days in hot weather, sweating and wearing a sunscreen, this combination apparently led to a chemical reaction in the rubber on the nose and ear piece. The rubber became gooey and sticky, and started to make smudge marks on my face.

I contacted Wiley X Europe and spoke to Lisbeth.
She asked for a couple of pictures, and immidiately sent me a new frame.
And THAT folks, is how you back your product and do customer support the right way.
I'm definately a Wiley X fan for life.

"Best Customer Service Ever and Best Sunglasses Period!!!"

I recently purchased a pair of the Nash Model with the Kryptek Altitude Frame and Platinum Flash Lenses, Awesome combination highly recommended!!! Went to clean them with the cloth and the coating on the inside of the left lens scratched for some reason. In most cases I did not think I could get them replaced, I contacted WileyX and they sent me a return authorization number without hesitation and mailed mine back and within days had them replaced! I have Never had this excellent service from a sunglass company and I have dealt with some in the past that would never have done this without charging me a fee to replace them, hint "O"! They have the best lenses on the planet and best customer service period!!! Thank you from a lifelong customer!

"Alt var, som det burde være"

Købte et par goggles. Hjemmesiden er fin og godt opbygget. Priserne er i overkanten, men taget i betragtning, at det er mærkevarer, må man tude og betale.

Bestilling, køb og levering gik fint. Plus, at levering kan ske via GLS pakkeshop. Selve brillerne virker ok og i den forventet kvalitet.

Forudsat, at jeg i igen skulle opleve et behov for at realisere mig selv gennem mærkevarer, vil jeg nok handle her igen.
