called and explain what issues i was having, Anthony explain what the possible problem could be and did a on screen remote to see if he could possible get it fixed. Since he was on the road , he said he is in the area and would stop by to comfirm all the issues. Harrived shortly, sta down ,let me know what was going on and what the cost would be up front and completed the problem and in 35 mintues was up and running and back to work,. Very professional in his skills and even explained the cost up front,reasonable fair and better the those Geek Squad guys who want a arm and a leg just to look at it. I will be passing his name And , the best part is ,Anthony calledto all my colleagues, friends and everybody. The best is , Anthony called the next day to confirm if everything was up and running and there was no problems. Try that from some of the other companies who do teck work, even your adaoctor doent call you back the next day!!!!

Anthony was friendly, nice interaction. Replaced my fan and cleaned up where needed. Laptop is running beautifully now, as it was moaning terribly upon booting up. The fan was a previous concern and Anthony explained that my shortcut methods of cleaning it could not be helpful. I was very glad to have such an honest professional provide my services.
