No one has responded to me yet.I ordered one 4 pack on 7/23. Suppose to ship 8/5. Notice wrong zip was on order. I corrected my account information and have been trying to contact them. No luck. Guess we’ll see what happens. Customer service seems very short staffed. No email return. No luck getting messenger to work either.

The seltzer’s are great but they didn’t ship to me on a timely basis and you can not call them directly, and they don’t email clients back when there is a problem and it’s been 15 days since I’ve ordered without a response or acknowledgment the drinks have been shipped. I feel cheated as I needed these to help with pain while on a trip. Very disappointing…

I wanted to update my review. I had a really hard time getting my order and was naturally confused at what was taking so long to get. Once D8 read my request for help they let me know that there was a mistake in the shipping and Laura an Bonnie corrected it at that point. As for the product itself, I was very please last night with it. Thanks guys for getting mistake corrected and I will be reordering D8 Seltzer.

"Great Product-Ineffective Shipping Procedures"

I love your product I find it helps my anxiety so much without feeling drowsy but relaxed. I also enjoy the taste and find it very refreshing. This is not my first time trying the product, however, it is not easily accessible to buy it in Miami. Hence, I decided it would be a better alternative to order the D8 Seltzer water directly from the supplier. The quality of the water was the same as the one I have bought in retail, however, several of the cans were not fully filled. I did not mind, I understand things happen when shipping fragile products. After a few of days, however, some of the cans shrunk in the fridge and with many of them less than half full. I truly believe the D8 team can ensure proper packaging is used going forward and avoid unnecessary disputes wit customers. Good luck!

"The cans all broke during shipping"

The cans all broke during shipping. Leaked all over the box. I’ve never seen a metal can dent like this before, is it somehow made of a flimsier material than regular soda cans?

"No bang for the buck"

Tastes great, but you need to drink -at least- 3 to feel anything. With them being $25 for 4, this seems like quite the rip off. Wont be ordering them again but if you have the money to blow, I’d recommend buying 3-4 packs at a time.
