Amazing experience on our first umrah. Everything was organised superbly by Royal London travels. Will definitely be using them again and Highly recommend using them.

We were thankfully able to go to umrah through this agency, we had no trouble with anything that was booked and were able to easily travel from Jeddah to makkah and from makkah to medina and then to the airport. The hotels we booked were lovely and the company had great customer service, always were responsive even when we were abroad and were very helpful. Brother Muhammad Fahad was a great help.

The service provided during booking the umrah package was great, team was attentive and included everything However there were some hiccups along the way such as driver didn’t show up for the ziarat but a replacement driver was given who was amazing and had a fantastic experience buying dates

We had a slight glitch where breakfast was included but the hotel system didn’t reflect this but this was resolved fairly quickly. My only request here is that the team follow up and proactively confirm they are working on the request otherwise no issues.

Lastly please ensure you request a big car if you plan of having a lot of luggage ahead of time to avoid confusion later as we needed a bigger car for the remainder of the journey. ideally do this at the time of booking.

Alhamdulillah I was invited to Umrah in February and brother Azeem was able to get me and my family a great last minute deal at such a good price despite booking so last minute (we booked 1 week before flying out alhamdulillah!) Everything was sorted for us which made the journey more enjoyable and stress free as we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Great communication overall. "A great umrah experience "

Flights were great, transfers were on time but the return ticket fo Gatwick was very inconvenient as I live in Essex. It cost a bomb and I like to leave my car at the airport and was not able to.

The Makkah Hilton convention hotel was amazing. Our second room wasn’t ready on time but they did let us have one room early. It was clean and spacious and staff were nice. It’s a very busy hotel. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever seen. Everything you need was there, fruit, eggs, danishes everything.

The hotel in Medina Saja al Madina was a slightly lower spec, rooms were clean and spacious and room service was good. They were quite understanding and kind. The young guy in reception was amazing so lovely and professional. We were in constant contact with Royal London travels which was reassuring.
