"Just awful!"

The same experience as the previous reviewer. Several of our trackers stopped working over Christmas, two of which are still out of action. TrackitNow tooked about 2 months to send out an engineer to fit a new tracker, but it also did not work. We are are now at the end of April and hoping that the engineer is going to turn up today as promised (currently a hour late!). And they are still charging us!!

Ok while trackers are working but if fail then customer services are very poor, three trackers failed over the Christmas period, customer services never opened up until 6th Jan, one fixed within 2 days, one fixed in 2 weeks the other still not fixed and there response is terrible, avoid them if rely on trackers on a day to day basis

I researched alot for a tracker for my vehicles, I narrowed it down to 2-3 with Trackit now being one of them

Good sales pitch, good prices and the phone app/windows platform is easy to use with all the information you need
