"Not standing for the values they are selling"

IntroDus introduced the worst and most unprofessional recruitment process experience to me when I applied for the Marketing Director position. Being a pre- and onboarding platform, they are not able to represent those values themselves for their own internal hiring. In my 8 years of work experience, I have never come across someone, who asks you for a strategic outline (of course for free) and then never returns your emails or calls even though inviting you to an interview. Copenhagen being a small and very interconnected place, I would never recommend anyone in my network to apply for introDus to avoid this disrespectful and unprofessional experience.
