Eternal Gardens were there for our family from the start and held us through the most challenging period of our lives. Mama had passed in the afternoon and we were lost. We called Eternal Gardens late in the evening (around 10pm) and received a call back from Khalid immediately. From there we were no longer alone, and every aspect of Mama's burial was taken care of, even while being so respectful of all our wishes. We were put in touch with a Funeral Director and were able to view and chose a plot early the very next day. One of the biggest supports was the help with navigating the UK processes as quickly and efficiently as possible so we could release the necessary certificates from the hospital, the registration of death at the local borough, and the much needed burial order the very next day allowing us to have her released to the Masjid immediately (which is unusually fast for the UK system). Throughout all this they were always available on the phone to help us through any difficulty, allowing us to complete the processes and complete the burial in as quick a time as was possible. Mama would have been happy and proud. The cemetery at Eternal Gardens itself is beautiful, calm, peaceful. We could not have chosen a better resting place for Mama here in this country. We are really grateful to Eternal Gardens and the complete service and care they provided for our family. Our many thanks.

Whenever I see brother Sayful, he has both a Salam and a smile to offer. I always see him making Duas for those at rest. Due to distance, I am unable to visit my loved one as often as I would like, however knowing that prayers are made (for those at rest) does bring me comfort. For this I am thankful.
May Allah (SWT) bring peace to all of those who have gone ahead, and to those of us who are left behind - Ameen.

"not looking good"

Have been visiting for many times , the team is very helpful Mr Sayf,Mr Mahmet all doing good job

but the park is looking worse then my local council cemetery very messy and everything is bad just visit and see all graves is like big things growing from it and weeds.

please sort this ,hurts my heart to visit my family and see like this.
