"Cheating on the warranty of Grundfos SCALA2 …"

I bought a Grundfos SCALA2 pump last year and this year it was leaking in the middle of the pump under. I contacted the company and they said I must fill the form and sent the pump or they will sent a courier to pick it up ,but the water in my house don’t work without pump.I explained to them and I was forced to buy an other pump.And when they deliver the new pump I asked them to sent the courier to pick up the damaged one,they said he will come Monday and they can’t give me a specific time . So I had to stay home all day miss one day at work for them to pick up the pump, and finally no one show up for pick up . I contacted Bola and they said it have ben a miscommunication bla bla bla ( they lied to me they never arranged for any courier to pick it up ) and I asked them to still sent the courier than they sent me 300 hundred pages of terms and conditions to read here is the mail they sent to me .

I had to sent the pump myself .
Than when I see the warranty on the new pump it is 24 months , in the damaged one it was 60 months . I asked them to sent me same warranty for the second pump and they are totally ignoring me now not answering my mails or my calls .

Hice un pedido en fecha 16-9-2023. Hoy me han enviado un correo de correos espres que lo entregaran el lunes 25 de setiembree. Si llego a saber la fecha de entrega no hago el pedido ni de coña. Ya se que el fallo es la paqueteria, pero deben eliminar a correos espres de sus agentes colaboradores. De vergüenza.
