"BEWARE OF Niell/Niall TRIED TO SCAM ME…"

BEWARE OF Niell/Niall TRIED TO SCAM ME FOR MORE MONEY Niell/Niall is very hard to deal with, just today I was accused of not paying for my stuff when in fact I was paid in full and I was waiting on stock to come back in as creative IT had me paying for two phones that they had neither in stock! I've been waiting 2 weeks maybe more to collect and my order paid in full before these two weeks. Neill/Niall then proceeded to tell me in person I owed over 300 euro and I'd to pay it I'd to ask him a few times to ring his manager he said Evan is in England he wont answer until I rang garda, which niell said fine ring them, about 2 months ago he told me over the phone I owed over 500 euro well I full knew I had all paid and all in bank statements. not so much as an apology for trying to steal another 300 euro off me wouldn't say sorry to me but apologised for his behaviour to the customer behind me. when I asked Niell/Niall did they have an ombudsman, he hadn't a clue and I advised he should Google such things as he works with the public and customer satisfaction should be at it's finest, 4 iphones bought 3 11s an XR and an apple watch. rude and a pig to be honest. onto the next complaint about creative it as the staff are the face if the store. disgusting behaviour from a full grown man, you'd swear I owed him the money IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB NIELL/ NIALL LEAVE IT !
