The credit report should be a tri-merge report and not just 1 bureau (Trans Union). The credit report should be simpler to read - the format could be more user-friendly. I needed some questions answered before I ran my tenant's credit, so I called the phone number. I left two voicemails over two days and nobody from LandlordStation even had the decency to call me back. This will likely be the first and last time I use this service.

LandLord Station is easy to access and the report is returned quickly; however, the criminal history are not accurate.

I've had applicant's admit to various felony and misdemeanor criminal convictions, yet the LandLord Station has never found a single one.
